The Problem: When I started helping family and friends search for their own properties, I was constantly frustrated. We were looking for specific things—unlisted parcels with certain terrain, land with long-term ownership—that were impossible to find on mainstream sites. The data was either locked away in clunky county GIS portals or didn't exist at all. I spent countless hours manually cross-referencing maps and records.
The Solution: I realized the tools I needed simply didn't exist. So I decided to build them. TALON is the culmination of that journey—a tool born from real-world experience, designed to answer the complex questions that serious land buyers have.
