5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

TALON aggregates data from public sources including government databases, GIS systems, and satellite imagery. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free.

5.2 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5.3 Verification Requirement

You are responsible for independently verifying any information obtained through TALON before making business or financial decisions. Always conduct proper due diligence including:

• Title searches and surveys
• Environmental assessments
• Zoning and permit verification
• On-site inspections
• Professional legal and financial advice

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 TALON Content

All content, features, and functionality of TALON (including but not limited to software, algorithms, user interface, design, and text) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Public Data

Public data displayed in TALON (such as property records and geographic information) remains in the public domain and is not subject to our intellectual property rights. However, our analysis, processing, and presentation of that data is proprietary.

6.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use TALON for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

TALON integrates with third-party services including:

• OpenAI: Powers our conversational search feature
• Google OAuth: Provides authentication services
• Mapping Services: Provide base map tiles and geographic data

Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

8. Fees and Payment

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR BUSINESS DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM TALON

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TALON and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify or discontinue features
• Experience downtime due to technical issues
• Temporarily suspend service for updates or repairs

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service unavailability.

12. Termination

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
